Our comprehensive services save time, reduce risk and ensure great customer experience every time. The key to our service is our meticulous attention to detail throughout our process. We understand what your clients expect and apply our extensive experience to delivering beyond expectations.

  1. Receiving and Inspection. As a receiving warehouse for interior designers, our first step is to inspect packaging and document any flaws or damage. Upon arrival at our facility, our receiving services use an integrated barcoding system (OrcaScan) to track movement of all of your items. We meticulously photograph each item to ensure accurate tracking throughout the inspection process. All photographs and inspection notes are promptly uploaded to our secure portal at LXD Logistics (based on CompanyCam). This centralized system allows interior designers to access real-time updates on the status of their furniture, including any documented damage and the duration it has been stored.

We pay close attention to details such as seams, joints, and surface finishes, identifying any discrepancies or defects. Trained inspectors at LXD Logistics carefully examine each piece for any signs of damage or wear.
