Because we operate receiving warehouses in major markets, we are able to provide an extra level of service that minimizes issues, reduces on job time requirements and increases overall quality. For cubicle installations, one of the biggest challenges is that doing everything on-site can be inefficient due to space constraints and missing components. This is why LXD Logistics uses our in-market warehouses to prepare for cubicle installation projects by inspecting, rectifying missing and damaged parts and pre-assembling parts in our own warehouse facilities. 

LXD Logistics’s 5 step implementation process:

1. Furniture, Cubicles and Fixtures are shipped to one of our receiving warehouses
2. All items are inventoried and inspected for defects and missing pieces. This includes providing detailed logs and photographs of each inspected item to our clients through our portal
3. Once installation day is determined, we will begin pre-assembling furniture and cubicles in our warehouse to minimize time needed on-site and to proactively address any issues identified during assembly
4. On installation day, our white glove delivery teams load the furniture, fixtures and cubes into our fleet of vans and trucks while taking another inventory of everything during the loading process.
5. Our team of white glove delivery and installation professionals install office cubicles, office furniture and fixtures at the customer location. If needed, we can bring team members and vehicles from other markets on installation day to supplement or local resources.

Throughout this process, we communicate regularly with our clients and partners. We utilize a barcoding and labeling systems that allows us to track every item we receive until its installed at the client’s location. This makes cubicle installations onsite much faster with fewer errors or missing components.
